Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging.

Non-returnable items

• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
• Items without original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or another agreed method.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong product.
